It can also relieve stress and make you feel more relaxed. For best results, drink this one time every day. 

Turmeric when used along with ginger will help you in pain and inflammation because ginger, just like turmeric has anti-inflammatory properties. Turmeric and ginger have a lot of antioxidant compounds, which help in releasing toxins from the body. Take two steaming cups of water and add one teaspoon of chopped turmeric or ½ teaspoon of powdered turmeric and ginger and let this simmer for five minutes and strain. Then add 1 -2 teaspoons of honey and drink daily. This will help to reduce the pain and stiffness of joints.

The active ingredient of turmeric, curcumin, has to be combined with other ingredients, especially with fat, to be fully absorbed by the body. So for positive results, mix it with coconut oil and form a paste. Mix one teaspoon of turmeric powder with the oil and apply it to painful body parts and joint and let it stay for three hours before washing it off with water.

    My mom has being having this serious joint pains though she is on medication but it isn’t really helping. I will try the tumeric way now. Hope it will help her.
