PPC and CPM Ad Networks For Your Blogs and Websites
When you are running a website, it is very likely that your first priority to monetize your website is through Adsense. Adsense is a PPC ad network. PPC or Pay Per Click is an advertising model where the publisher earns from the legitimate clicks on the ads. In other words, if you are running Adsense ads on your website, you will earn when the visitors voluntarily click on the ads displayed on your website.
Adsense is an advertising program for Publisher from Google. Yahoo Bing also has an advertising program for a publisher known as Media.Net, which is also a PPC ad program.
Second option to monetize your website is through affiliate ad networks. Affiliate ad networks are CPA Advertising program. CPA or Cost Per Action is an advertising program where the advertiser pays for the action on the ads. The actions could be a product purchase, sign-ups, lead generation etc. One of the most used CPA programs is Amazon.
It is very difficult to earn from PPC and CPA program because the visitors have to click on the ads or perform actions. For the publishers who receive small traffic, it is even more very difficult to make money from PPC and CPA programs. Here comes the importance of using CPM ads on your website.
CPM or Cost Per Meli (also called Cost Per Impression) is an advertising program where the advertiser pays the publisher for an ad impression, which is generally calculated on the basis of 1000 impression. In other words, if you are a publisher running CPM ads, you will earn some amount every time someone visits your website.
Here are some CPM ad networks that I am using. I am not saying these are the best CPM ad networks, however, you will be earning from the traffic without worrying about clicks or actions on the ads.
Propeller Ads: If you Google CPM ad networks, you will find Propeller Ads ranked very high. It is true that Propeller Ads is one of the most used CPM ad networks. However, Propeller Ads is a Popup/Popunder ad network and visitors do not like these ads. Popup and popunder ads are the ads that appear on the front page or on the background when you click on the website. In case you do not like to use pop up and pop-under ads, you will not find propeller ads very useful.
Adhitz: Adhitz is a PPC as well as CPM ad program for publisher and advertiser. If you are a publisher, you might find Adhitz useful because you not only earn for ad clicks, but also from impression as well as actions. For example, when a visitor clicks on Adhitz ads on your website, you will earn from that click. If the visitors perform the action on the ad, you will earn from that action. In case there is no click or action, you will still earn from the impression.
Bitcoadz.io: If you are a small publisher another CPM ad network you might consider using Bitcoadz. Bitcoadz is a CPM, CPA, CPC, and POP ad network. If you are not a fan of POP, you can still use CPM, CPA, or CPC ads from Bitcoadz.
